Advance Payment

Pre-payment is required to confirm all Pre-Orders.

Delivery Time

Cancellation

Pre-Orders can be canceled before supplier confirmation. After confirmation, cancellation is not possible unless the product becomes unavailable, excessively delayed, or discontinued.

Refunds

If a Pre-Order is canceled due to supply issues or an eligible cancellation request, a full refund will be issued through the original payment method.

Exchange & Return

Pre-Order items can only be exchanged or returned if the product is:

• Damaged or defective
• Incorrect or not as described

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for Pre-Order items.
