Prepaid Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders can be canceled free of charge before dispatch.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-orders can only be canceled before supplier confirmation. Once confirmed or in transit, they cannot be canceled unless the item is delayed or unavailable.
